My projects and the history

Find every batch in My projects, file it in a collection, read its status, download the files again, retry failures, delete and keep an eye on storage.

Every job started from a Studio tool becomes a project on the My projects page, with its settings, its files and its progress. This page replaces the former History and keeps all of it: search, filters, favorites, trash, storage, archives and the detail of every session. It belongs to your account: you find the same projects on each of your devices.

Opening My projects

  1. In the sidebar, click My projects (or View all under Recent projects, on the Home page).
  2. Three tabs: All, Collections and Projects.
  3. Under Projects, the tool tabs filter by tool, and the quick filters by state: All, Running, Completed, Partial, Errors, Canceled, Favorites.
  4. The search field takes a session, folder, source or exported file name, or an id.

A project is a processed batch: one video or a whole folder. Its card shows a thumbnail, its name, the tool badge, the number of videos or clips and the date. A project opens on its results page, with Download HD per video, Edit to reopen the editor, Download all (ZIP) and Session details.

Collections

A collection is a folder you create to file your projects: per client, per month, per network. In the Collections tab, click New collection, give it a name, then move projects into it from their … menu (Move to a collection). Deleting a collection keeps the projects it holds. Collections are for subscribers: on a trial account, the button sends you to the plans.

Reading a project's status

StatusMeaning
PendingThe job exists, nothing has started yet.
UploadingThe sources are on their way to your private space.
Analyzing, Processing, FinalizingThe service is working; progress shows live.
CompletedEvery expected file is ready.
Partially completedSome files are ready, others failed.
FailedNo file came through; the error message is in the timeline.
CanceledYou stopped the job; files already produced are kept.
InterruptedThe page running the job was closed before the end.

A job running in another tab shows its progress here, but is cancelled or retried from the tab that runs it. Cancel this job? stops after the current operation and keeps what is already produced.

Downloading again, retrying, duplicating

A project's … menu offers:

  • See results and Session details (files, settings, the full Timeline).
  • Download ZIP: every produced file in one archive.
  • Retry failed files: the failed files are sent back to the original tool; check, then start processing.
  • Duplicate in {tool}: settings and sources are restored, nothing is started.
  • Rename, Add to favorites, Move to a collection.

If an original source is no longer reachable, the Studio says so: upload it again in the tool to retry.

Deleting a project

Delete opens a window with three scopes:

  1. Move to the trash: the project leaves the list for 7 days, files included, then is permanently deleted. Restore is possible until then, from the Trash tab.
  2. Free the space only: the produced files are erased, but the entry, the settings and the timeline stay readable.
  3. Delete permanently: everything is erased right away, with no way back.

Uploaded source files are never touched: they stay in your folders.

Storage space

Your plan includes online storage: 5 GB on the trial, 50 GB with Creator, 100 GB with Pro, 250 GB with Agency. The Subscription page shows the space used (Online storage), and the storage line of the Projects tab reminds you that produced files are kept for 14 days after a job ends, then marked Files expired; the project details stay readable.

If a launch shows Storage full, free up space from My projects or move to a larger plan.
