Every started minute counts, with a 2-second tolerance: a 1 min 30 s video counts as 2 minutes, a one-minute phone video as 1. Previews cost nothing.

Questions about the plans
What does the yearly plan change?
The same number of credits each month, the same storage, but twelve months paid at once with 25% off. The plan renews every year and can be cancelled anytime; the current period stays yours.
What happens to unused credits?
Plan credits do not roll over: every period, they reset to the number included in your plan. Pack credits and sign-up credits never expire.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your account, at any time. The change applies to the next period; pack credits and sign-up credits remain yours.
How do I pay?
By card, via Stripe, as soon as sign-ups open: a plan (Creator, Pro or Agency), monthly or yearly, cancel anytime, or a pack of 100 credits that never expire. 10 credits will be free when you sign up, no card needed.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Credits and storage sized to your volume, several accounts for your team and a direct contact. Write to the team: one conversation is enough to set up a plan.
Can I get a refund?
A render that fails is refunded automatically in credits. Plans and packs, delivered as soon as they are bought, are not refunded; you can cancel anytime for the next period.
